The world champion triumphs: Marianne Vos won the women's competition of the 3RIDES Gravel Race on Saturday afternoon in Aachen.
The Dutchwoman from Team Visma / Lease a Bike won in 03:37:10 in her only appearance in the rainbow jersey of the reigning world champion.
Behind Vos, Larissa Hartog (Netherlands / Team ZZPR.nl Orange Babies Cycling Team) and Romy Kasper (Germany / Human Powered Health) completed the podium. Hartog rode to second place in the photo finish.
Swiss rider Irina Lützelschwab (Team Bulls Switzerland) finished in fourth place.
