Road or gravel? Eifel or Zuid-Limburg?

A first challenge awaits you on the Road & Gravel Rides even before the start: Which terrain and which route should it be?

A total of four gravel rides from 35 to 110 kilometers in length and four road rides from 60 to 160 kilometers are available at 3RIDES Aachen. Spoilt for choice? Almost. Because the road rides are on Saturday, the gravel rides on Sunday - so why not ride both?

Off to "Little Zwitzerland"

The gravel rides lead through the Aachen city forest and along the Belgian and Dutch borders to Zuid-Limburg, also affectionately known as "Little Zwitzerland". Discover picturesque landscapes and picturesque villages and enjoy the gravel Eldorado in the border triangle!

In addition to four dream tours, a comprehensive service package awaits you, including an official 3RIDES water bottle, catering, technical support, a guarded bike parking lot and, of course, the 3RIDES medal at the finish.

And best of all: all rides are explicitly not races and take place without any timekeeping and are therefore stress-free.

Fit for the Eifel? Altitude meters in the national park

This is what happens when insiders plan the route: Discover the most beautiful roads and routes in the Eifel National Park as part of our Road Rides. The road version of our rides takes you on four varied routes and all the way to Lake Rursee. And no matter which route you choose, you will be thrilled and also gain a few meters in altitude.

As with the Gravel Ride, the Road Rides are expressly not races and take place without timekeeping. One more reason to enjoy the Eifel laps.

Important information in advance:

For reasons of sustainability, the routes are not signposted, but can be ridden via a GPX track, which will be sent to each participant online 7 days before the event. Only danger spots and the refreshment points are signposted.

Participation is possible from the age of 13. For this it is important that a parent or legal guardian accompanies the minor on the ride and that they also complete and sign a declaration of consent and present it at the start number issue.
