1. ORGANIZER
The organizer of the prize draw is 3RIDES GmbH, Niederwall 53 - 33602 Bielefeld (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
- Natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate.
- Participation in the prize draw is voluntary and linked to voluntary participation in a survey.
- Employees of 3RIDES GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
- Participation is free of charge and not linked to the purchase of products or services.
3. PARTICIPATION PERIOD
Participation is possible until the closing date on November 30. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
4. PARTICIPATION
- Participation takes place by completing the survey and voluntarily leaving a valid e-mail address.
- Persons who do not provide an e-mail address will not be entered into the prize draw.
- Each person may only participate once.
5. PRIZE
- A starting place for the 3RIDES Gravel Winterberg from July 17-19, 2026 will be raffled off among all eligible entries.
- The starting place is not transferable.
- Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.
6. DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION OF PROFITS
- The winner will be chosen at random.
- Notification will be sent by e-mail to the address provided.
- If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner will be drawn.
7. DATA PROTECTION
- Only the voluntarily provided e-mail address will be collected.
- The data will only be used to carry out the prize draw and will then be deleted.
8. REASONS FOR EXCLUSION
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants in the event of violations or attempts at manipulation.
9. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The organizer is not liable for technical faults or transmission errors.
10. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION
The organizer reserves the right to change, interrupt or cancel the raffle at any time for good cause.
