1. ORGANIZER
The organizer of the prize draw is 3RIDES GmbH, Niederwall 53 - 33602 Bielefeld (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
- Natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate.
- Participation in the prize draw is voluntary.
- Employees of 3RIDES GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
- Participation is free of charge and not linked to the purchase of products or services.
- Competitions advertised and run by Meta are not supported by Meta and are not affiliated with Meta.
3. PARTICIPATION PERIOD
Participation is possible during the specified period. Entries submitted after the end of the entry period will not be considered.
4. PARTICIPATION
- Participation takes place by fulfilling the requirements stated in the competition text.
- Each person may only participate once.
5. PRIZE
- All eligible entries will be entered into a draw to win a starting place for a stage at the 3RIDES Gravel Winterberg from July 17-19, 2026 (alternatively: 50% off the Gravel Stage Race).
- The starting place is not transferable.
- Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.
6. DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION OF PROFITS
- The winner will be chosen at random.
- You will be notified by direct message on the platform on which the competition was held.
- If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner will be drawn.
7. DATA PROTECTION
Only the following personal data will be processed for participation in the competition:
- the publicly visible Instagram or Facebook user name and
- for winners, additionally the e-mail address or address, if this is required for processing the prize.
The data will be used exclusively to carry out and process the competition. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (fulfillment of a competition contract).
The data of participants who do not win will be deleted immediately after the end of the competition. The winners' data will only be stored for as long as is necessary to process the prize.
This competition is not affiliated with Meta / Facebook / Instagram and is neither sponsored, supported nor organized by Meta. The organizer is solely responsible for data processing:

8. REASONS FOR EXCLUSION
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants in the event of violations or attempts at manipulation.
9. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The organizer is not liable for technical faults or transmission errors.
10. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION
The organizer reserves the right to change, interrupt or cancel the raffle at any time for good cause.

Legal recourse is excluded.
